POSTAGE AND PACKING
UK Postage and packing for prints is £3.00. EU and Rest of World postage and packing for prints is £4.00
If you are ordering more than one print we will happily double up on postage.
For sales in the USA and Canada please speak to our agent in the USA- International Hobbies- contact details are given below.
All prints are sold subject to availability. We aim to keep the website updated regularly but due to the limited numbers of prints available we may at times have sold out of a certain print at the time of your order. An items appearance on the website does not guarantee its availability. Prints are sold on a 'first come, first served' basis. Should the print you have ordered be sold out either an alternative or a full refund will be offered.
We aim to turn around orders as quickly as possible (usually within 2 - 3 days of payment reaching our account) but please allow 28 days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within this time please contact us immediately so that we can try to trace your order.
Should your order arrive damaged or if you are not happy with your order in any way please contact us within 28 days of receipt to discuss a refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements are only given once the original items have been returned. Purchasers are responsible for any return postage costs.
Payment can be made by credit card or using pay-pal on our website. If you prefer you can mail your order with a cheque or money order made payable to: 'James Coldicott'. All payments must be made in GBP (Great Britain Pounds, £Stirling). Orders will only be sent once payment has been received.
